Returns & Refunds Policy SwagySoul
Thanks for shopping with SwagySoul we want you to love your T-shirt. If something isn’t right, here’s our simple, friendly returns policy so we can make it right fast.
1. Overview
You can return or exchange eligible T-shirts within 1-2 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as store credit if you prefer).
2. What’s eligible for return or exchange

Full-price and sale T-shirts in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached).

Items damaged or defective on arrival (see Section 5).

Exchanges (size or color) are allowed subject to stock availability.
Not eligible: Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing original tags. Gift cards and final-sale clearance items (when explicitly marked “Final Sale”) cannot be returned.
3. Return timeframe

1 to 2 days from the date the order was delivered to request a return or exchange.

All the Approved exchange and replacement of damaged products will be delivered within 7 business days

Refund will be credited in 7 days
4. How to start a return or exchange

Email our Customer Care team at support@swagysoul.com with: order number, item name/sku, reason for return, and whether you want a refund, exchange, or store credit.

We’ll reply within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RMA) if required.

Pack the item securely (include the original packing slip if available) and ship using a tracked service. We recommend insuring the package SwagySoul is not responsible for lost returns without tracking.
Return address: (You’ll receive the correct return address in your RMA email please don’t send returns before contacting support.)
5. Damaged or defective items
If your T-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact support@swagysoul.com within 1 to 2 days and include photos of the item and packaging plus your order number.

We’ll evaluate and if approved we will cover return shipping and either replace the item, offer a full refund, or issue store credit.
6. Shipping costs & who pays

Change of mind / size swap: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or incorrect items: SwagySoul will cover return shipping and replacement costs.

For exchanges, you may be charged or refunded the price difference if the new item’s price differs.
7. Refund processing time
Once we receive and inspect the return:

All the Approved exchange and replacement of damaged products will be delivered within 7 business days
Refund will be credited in 7 days
8. Exchanges & out-of-stock items

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or store credit.

If the exchange item has a higher price, you’ll be asked to pay the difference. If it’s lower, we’ll refund the difference or add it to your store credit.
9. International returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping and any import duties on returns unless the item is defective. Processing and shipping times may be longer.
10. Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@swagysoul.com. If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the regular returns process.

12. Policy updates
We may update this policy occasionally. The current version posted on the site applies to all orders placed after the revision date.
